With over a decade of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for dance, Miss Bailey is a dedicated and dynamic dance educator and choreographer based in Saskatchewan. Beginning her training at the age of three, she has cultivated a strong foundation in multiple disciplines including Hip Hop/Street Styles, Jazz, Lyrical, and Ballet. A proud graduate of La Danse School of Dance in Saskatoon, she continued to refine her technique and artistry through post-graduate training with Level Up Dance Company and ODNT.
Throughout her teaching career, Miss Bailey has worked with numerous studios and school. Her teaching approach balances discipline with creativity and emphasizes not only technical development but also the historical and cultural context behind movement.
Her commitment to growth extends beyond her students — she consistently engages in research and training to evolve her own practice. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan, and has completed the Module One Acrobatic Arts Teacher Certification, as well as First Aid and CPR certification.
Her choreography has been recognized at several regional competitions, earning awards at events such as Spring Stars, Infusion Dance Festival, and the Prince Albert Festival of Dance. She has also choreographed for high-profile showcases including the Saskatoon Blades and Harlem Globetrotters halftime performances, Disney Performing Arts OnStage, and Nuit Blanche Saskatoon.
Driven by passion and professionalism, Miss Bailey strives to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for students to express themselves and grow as both dancers and individuals. Miss Bailey is looking forward the becoming a part of the Studio One dance family and meeting so many amazing new dancers!
